Aster Skincare LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. For that reason, we never sell or share email addresses or customer addresses with anyone. The first way that we protect your personal information is by asking only for the information that we really need to serve you more effectively. At times that will include one or more of the following:
your home postal address
your credit card billing address
your shipping address
your personal email address
your daytime telephone and/or fax number
for purchases in our online store, your credit card information
If there is a problem with your order because we made a mistake, we will credit or refund the cost of the products you return, and we will not charge a restocking fee. If we made a mistake, we will take care of the problem at no cost to you.
For returns not due to our mistake, we will credit or refund the cost of materials you return, so long as they are in unopened and sealed, minus a 10% restocking fee to cover our costs in handling your return. The customer is responsible for original shipping and return shipping.
Aster Skincare typically ships orders within two to three business days of the date of order. Our cut-off time for orders is 4 pm Central Time daily and all orders before 4 pm will be delivered the next business day. We use USPS Post to send your orders. Regularly, it will take 2-5 business days within USA. Shipping costs are listed below:
Standard (5-7 business days): $6.65 - Free for orders over $75
Second day (3-6 business days): $19
Overnight (1-3 business days): $23 (Saturday delivery not available)
As of right now, we only ship to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We apologize, but we are unable to process and ship orders to other countries outside of the United States.
We accept Credit / Debit Cards and PAYPAL in the online store.
When you shop in our online store, your credit card information is encrypted and sent for approval using the latest encryption technology. After a transaction is completed, we do not save or store your full credit card information. We save the last four digits of your credit card only, to aid us in serving you should there be a problem with your order.
All of our staff who have access to your personal information are thoroughly trained to give strict adherence to the procedures contained in this policy. Employees who violate our procedures are subject to a disciplinary process.
