SHIPPING & RETURNS
If there is a problem with your order because we made a mistake, we will credit or refund the cost of the products you return, and we will not charge a restocking fee. If we made a mistake, we will take care of the problem at no cost to you.
For returns not due to our mistake, we will credit or refund the cost of materials you return, so long as they are in unopened and sealed, minus a 10% restocking fee to cover our costs in handling your return. The customer is responsible for original shipping and return shipping.
Aster Skincare typically ships orders within two to three business days of the date of order. Our cut-off time for orders is 4 pm Central Time daily and all orders before 4 pm will be delivered the next business day. We use USPS Post to send your orders. Regularly, it will take 2-5 business days within the USA. Shipping costs are listed below:
Standard (5-7 business days): $6.65 - Free for orders over $75
Second day (3-6 business days): $19
Overnight (1-3 business days): $23 (Saturday delivery not available)
We apologize, but we are unable to process and ship orders to other countries outside of the United States except Canada, Australia, and New Zealand as of right now.
